Mission
We fight to make the process of acquiring housing in Kenya more straightforward and more accessible, as opposed to longstanding and persistent global inequalities that have prevented access to training, equipment, and sustainable financing in Africa.
Values
Our vocation is the construction of houses in East Africa. It is, in the words of Frederick Buechner, “where our deepest joy meets the deepest needs of the world.” Hundreds of years of oppression, exploitation, and inequality have limited access to the training, materials, and long-term financing that can expand the stock of affordable housing in Africa.
We believe in each person’s dignity and their right to be treated equally in all places and situations.
We believe affordable, quality housing is a right for everyone in West Africa and worldwide.
We believe every individual can learn, master a skill, engage in a higher purpose, and bond with those around them.
We believe that by building teams from diverse backgrounds, we can most effectively address market challenges.
