Step no. 1 is to purchase land.

Payments are made to an escrow account before the works begin and are only released after the client is satisfied with the works. NB: These payments are not for the whole work, they are for milestones agreed upon before the commencement.
Our contracts have a six-month defects liability period in which we provide service for any defects noticed. After this period, the contractor, at his discretion, either charges for the service or not.
You will get the Keys, and the project will be handed over after the last payment is made.
Yes. Our team can organize a site visit to the construction site for your local contact person so that they may appreciate the work and confirm the progress too.
