Architectural Features
The exterior speaks the language of bold simplicity and natural contrast. We combined clean horizontal lines, earth-tone textured stone cladding, and flat-roof geometry to achieve a contemporary yet homely aesthetic. The light-colored render on the main walls pairs elegantly with a dark accent façade at the rear elevation, featuring geometrical etchings that give the structure a unique identity.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and corner glazing maximize natural light while maintaining thermal comfort. The large front porch, complete with rattan-style outdoor seating, invites relaxation and social moments — ideal for warm evenings or casual weekend lounging.
Interior & Functional Spaces
Walking into the house, you are greeted by a bright and airy living room, seamlessly connected to the open-plan kitchen and dining area. This layout enhances family interaction and offers a spacious feel that makes the home appear larger than its actual footprint.
The kitchen is designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind — custom cabinetry, sleek countertops, and provision for a kitchen island or breakfast bar if preferred. Adjacent to it is a utility space for laundry and pantry needs.
